These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile games, applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by KleinGameStudio ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Account Creation and Security

2. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

The Service may include virtual currencies, such as coins, cash, or diamonds, and virtual in-game items (collectively, "Virtual Items") that can be purchased with real money. You agree that once purchased, Virtual Items have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real money, goods, or services from us or any third party.

All purchases and redemptions of Virtual Items made through the Service are final and non-refundable. We are not responsible for any refund claims, except where required by applicable law or the respective platform policies (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store).

We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Items at our sole discretion, without liability to you.

3. Rules of Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Service.
• Sell, rent, or give away your account, or create an account using a false identity or information.
• Post, distribute, or otherwise make available any content that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, racially or religiously offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Harass, bully, or repeatedly send unwanted messages to other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, accounts registered to others, or to the computers, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban of your account, at our sole discretion.

4. User Content

You are solely responsible for any data, text, communications, or other materials ("User Content") that you post or transmit through the Service. By providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with the Service.

We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, remove, or edit User Content that we determine in our sole discretion violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (including without limitation any games, titles, computer code, themes, objects, characters, character names, stories, dialogue, catchphrases, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, musical compositions, and audio-visual effects) are owned by or licensed to KleinGameStudio. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

6. Service Changes and Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict the availability of all or any part of our Service for business and operational reasons (e.g., maintenance, updates, or technical issues) without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you if for any reason the Service is unavailable at any time.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS FOR YOUR USE, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. KleinGameStudio does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KleinGameStudio SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
